Blueberry Pie

Makes 1 frappe

Blend 2 cups premium vanilla ice cream, 2 tbs. blueberry vodka, 1 tbsp vanilla vodka and 2 tsp hazelnut liqueur in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with 1 tsp. Graham cracker crumbs. Garnish with blueberries if desired.

Funky Monkey

Makes 1 frappe

Blend 2 cups strawberry ice cream, 2 tbsp. vanilla vodka, 2 tsp. banana liqueur and 1 tsp crème de cacao liqueur in a blender until smooth Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a strawberry or banana slice. (People Magazine January 30, 2012)
