Marisol Velazquez Crowned Miss Yakima Sunfair

After a 10 year absence, Yakima once again has its own Royal Court to represent the city and the Annual Sunfair Parade.

Harmon Senior Center was packed with over 250 people Sunday afternoon to watch the Miss Yakima Sunfair Pageant and see the Royalty crowned among 8 contestants who spent an incredible amount of time selling raffle tickets to the event as just one part of their earning a spot on the 4 person Royalty.

Crowned Miss Yakima Sunfair was: Marisol Velazquez. She is joined by 1st Princess: Cassie Bowen, 2nd Princess: Marissa Rogers and Alternate Brianna Marks.
