Yakima Police have released more information about a fatal fight at a Yakima home on Monday night. Capt. Rod Light says 21-year-old Gage Rogers is accused of punching his 45-year-old uncle during a fight in the basement of the home in the 11 hundred block of Cherry Avenue. Light says a man and his son who were in the home at the time the fight ran downstairs and held the suspect until police arrived. The victim, who hasn't been identified was taken to a Yakima hospital where doctors worked to save him but he never regained consciousness. Light says the two "had a history of always fighting after they were drinking."

The 21-year-old suspect is being held on a second degree murder charge in the Yakima County Jail.
