A 38-year-old man from the lower valley has been arrested on felony harassment charges after authorities say he made threats on Facebook against a high school basketball coach. Deputies say the coach become aware of the threats after being told about them by other Facebook users.  The threats were apparently posted by the parent of a female student athlete from another High School and were made in response to the coach's complaints of aggressive behavior exhibited by their student daughter during basketball games. No names are being released as well as the name of the high schools involved.  Deputies were able to identify the parent through the Facebook posts that referenced that the coach would be harmed. The man is being held in the Yakima County Jail. Deputies warn people today about using social media for threats can get you arrested and placed in jail.
