Yakima County sheriff's deputies are looking for a man who escaped from community custody while outside the jail on work duty sometime between 7:30 and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Nineteen-year-old Daniel James Williams is a low-risk inmate who was last seen wearing a Yakima County jail jump suit.
He was serving time after sentenced for trafficking stolen property and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
Williams was due to be released from jail custody on Sept. 12 and was on work duty outside of the Yakima County jail building when he went missing.
Williams is about 5-6 and weighs about 130 pounds.
Williams has ties to gangs and has the number “666” tattooed onto his right shoulder, the number “509” tattooed onto his right wrist and the number “1” along with three dots tattooed onto his left hand.
