Mad About Wine During March Madness Weekend

March Madness is reaching its peak…this weekend it’s the Final Four.  I like Kentucky and Kansas with Kentucky winning it all on Monday night.  But I also like great Yakima Valley Wine Country activities that play on the theme of March Madness.  Check out the list from our friends at the Chamber of Commerce.   That way you can enjoy tip off by tipping a glass!

Marching in the Madness on the Ratltlesnake Hills Wine Trail.  This is the last weekend, March 31and April 1, to participate in the various basketball themed activities. Enjoy "Cork" Tossing at Bonair Winery, Eaton Hill Winery, Hyatt Vineyards, Paradisos del Sol, Piety Flats Winery and Silver Lake Winery for discounts on wine or to be entered in a drawing.

The fruit orchards will be in bloom soon, plan on getting out that bicycle and enjoying a ride through wine country. The Yakima Valley is the perfect place to enjoy a spring ride in the country.
