Local Man Wins Gold In X Games 2017

Yakima Native Joe Parsons is a gold medal winner. In fact the 29-year-old won two medals in snowmobile freestyle  at this weekend's Winter X Games in Aspen, Colorado. On Saturday Parsons grabbed a gold medal in the freestyle event. And on Sunday Parsons picked up a bronze medal in the same event. The gold medal was his fifth he's won at the Winter X games since he first started back in 2008.
