On Monday, the Seattle City Council voted unanimously to begin implementation of a $15 minimum wage in that city. The city of Sea-Tac already has a such a measure in place. Could this spread to other parts of Washington State?

Local restauranteur Jar Arcand and Yakima attorney Stephen Robbins debated the issue of a $15.00 minimum wage on Monday's Mike Bastinelli show. Robbins took a pro higher minimum wage stance, while Arcand is opposed to it. Both men gave credible arguments to back their positions. The conversation was civil, but passionate.
