For the next six weekends drivers traveling on Interstate 90 near Easton should expect delays reports KNDO News.

The Washington State Department of Transportation (DOT) says a 3-mile stretch of the roadway between mileposts 70 and 73 will have lane restrictions in place.

Crews are repairing the bridge deck on the westbound Yakima River Bridge and need to close one lane to remove and replace concrete.

The DOT says from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. drivers traveling westbound should prepare for two hour delays on Fridays and one hour delays on Saturdays.

On Sundays the DOT says drivers traveling eastbound and westbound should plan for at least two hour delays between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Sundays are of course the normal day for home Seattle Seahawk games. The Hawks face Jacksonville this week and the Tennessee Titans October 13 during the construction time frame.

During the week the Department of Transportation says drivers will also experience minor delays and lane restrictions.
