Latest Shooting in Yakima is Still a Mystery

Yakima police say the cities most recent shooting is a complete mystery. Capt. Rod Light says 33 year old Ruenda Valeriano was found shot in the face in the 600 block of West Pierce street early Saturday morning, but that's about all police know at this point.

The victim is being treated at Harborview medical center in Seattle today. Light says detectives are hoping to speak with him soon hoping he'll give them details about what happened.
