Ladies Looking Good at 10:06 on Monday — Dave’s Diary

Once again, guys, we are reminded of how good we have it. You ever worry about how you look one day to the next — enough to know which day is your best or worst? Me neither. But apparently the fairer sex does note such things about themselves. Case in point: this study reported in the Daily Mail. 

Despite Monday mornings' reputation as being rough, women say they look their best Monday mornings at 10:06. And worst? A poll of 1,000 women by a U.K. skincare brand reveals ladies feel most unattractive Thursdays at 4:05 p.m.

That’s pretty precise! I’ll have to take note! Specifically, women said on Mondays between 9 and 11 a.m. is when they reach their "beauty peak," and 10:06 a.m. is when they feel freshest and most attractive. In fact, 72 percent of women say they're excited to start their beauty routine on Mondays, and 31 percent picked it as the day when they look most attractive.

Friday came in second place, with 23 percent of women saying it's the day they feel most attractive.

Just 3 percent of women reported feeling like they looked their best on Thursdays, with the main reason being they had steadily lost interest in their appearance over the course of the work week. Lost interest? Guys can’t lose something they never had! But ladies, we think you look great every day! (Daily Mail)
