"The city has 30 days now to file an appeal of his decision." The city has set a meeting for 9:30 a.m. Monday at City Hall to talk further about the case. Cutter says the judge wasn't convinced that he was wrong in his decision and issued an 8 page response. The city asked the judge to reconsider his motion in three specific areas including his order to shorten the terms of members whose terms expire in 2017. The city contends that's a violation of the law. The city council will now meet on monday to talk more and determine if an appeal will be filed in the case.
