This year's theme is "Find Your Happy," and fairgoers should have plenty of places to look -- as usual, activities range from endless displays of arts, crafts and retail goods to racing, monster trucks and demolition derbies. (And all that food!)

The concert highlights include Parmalee tonight, Blue Oyster Cult on Saturday night and Graciela Beltran y Los Enamorados on Sunday. Tuesday it's the Beach Boys, Wednesday it's John Anderson, Thursday it's Loverboy and Friday it's Maddie and Tae. For the full concert listing, check here.

And don't forget the barns full of 4-H and FFA livestock, plus arena competitions for animals.

Check the fair's website for ticket details, parking info and hours of operation.

Meantime, here's a peek at one of our favorite parts of the fair -- the rides!

Here's the "Freak Out."
