A Yakima real estate broker says now is as good as time as any to sell your home -- especially if it's under $200,000.

"That's a really hot market for sellers right now," Cory Beemis with Yakima's Creekside Realty tells KIT News. "Homes are not staying on the market in that price range and there's are multiple buyers in that price range."

However, Beemis says homeowners looking to sell homes priced above $300,000 had a tough time finding buyers last year -- but that was last year. There have been 15.3 percent more homes sold in this price range this year than there were in 2013. And Bemis looks for high-end home sales to continue picking up through 2014 and into 2015 as the overall local economy continues to grow.
