PONTIAC, Mich. (AP) — It's just the place for gear heads and car nuts. The site of a former General Motors factory in Pontiac, Michigan, is being transformed into a race track and car condos. So, what are car condos? They're climate-controlled garages that can double as man caves. Of the 120 car condo buyers so far, only three have been women. The Detroit Free Press reports buyers can't live in the condos, but they can sleep over on occasion. The car condos sell for about $250,000 each. The first phase of the project is slated for a June opening.
