Is That a Ghost in the Picture?

A Yakima woman celebrating the new year at Yakima's 4th Street Theater believes she may have caught a ghostly image. Kelly Johnson-Whittlesey says she was taking pictures with friends during a New Years Eve celebration at the theater.  When the pictures were developed she noticed ghostly orbs and in one picture a small hand appears to touch her face.  "It's not my hand, there's no ring on my finger, it's short and stumpy and there's no fingernails."
While there were others around at the time the picture was taken she says there wasn't anyone pushing their hands into the picture. Johnson -Whittlesey says she believes it could be the hand of Shorty, a ghost that's reportedly haunted the Capital Theater for years.
