Do you drink iced coffee at Starbucks? A woman from Chicago has filed a federal lawsuit in which she says the company puts more ice in its cold drinks instead of the amount of coffee they say fill its plastic cups. So we purchased a 16 ounce drink at a local Starbucks to test the theory.
Stacy Pincus of Chicago says Starbucks is misleading customers. A Starbucks spokesperson rejects the lawsuit as without merit and that customers understand the ice is part of the beverage.  The suit seeks class-action status, damages, restitution and attorney fees. What do you think? Let us know.
