The 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks is just over a month away….the singular event that has changed the way we travel, the way we live the way we view the world and the world views us.

Plans are underway for any number of commemoration and remembrance ceremonies including a new film narrated by New Yorker Robert DeNiro. While it’s taken too long by some accounts for a memorial, construction is going on at the site, including the rise of new Towers 1 and 4 and the building of a 9/11 museum and the memorial work .

New York TV station WCBS reports that the president of the Alliance for Downtown New York is among those who thinks it's time to leave the Ground Zero designation behind saying it shoul be   the World Trade Center site.   Calling it  progress. . is World Trade Center developer Larry Silverstein, who said, "'Ground Zero' is a reference for yesterday, but 'World Trade Center' is the reference for tomorrow."

Obviously not everyone agrees. Many believe keeping the "Ground Zero" name is about never forgetting what happened there.
