Remember how people would proudly wear that ‘ I voted’ sticker on election day? Those have disappeared because of mail-in ballots. But... there’s a new e-version from the Washington Secretary of State’s Office.

It’s an “I voted” e-sticker for you to use on Facebook. You can use the e-sticker as your profile pic or post it to your wall to show your friends your democratic participation and support for civic engagement. It’s part of a larger voter outreach campaign to leverage the power of social media. Recently, Washington made national headlines with the announcement that the Secretary of State will be launching an app that will allow users to register to vote via Facebook. The Secretary of State and Elections Division Facebook pages also gives them the option to like the app and recommend it to their friends.

With the Tuesday primary quickly approaching, there is no better time to download our e-sticker and remind your friends to vote. Just click here and in a few seconds you’ll be ready to go!
