Walkers and runners from around the valley enjoyed a turkey trot on Saturday to raise money for Camp Prime Time. Three hundred people came out the Yakima Greenway for the 3rd Annual 5K Turkey Trot, about 120 more people than last year. This year’s event brought in about $4,000.

Camp Prime Time is mostly run with the help of volunteers. It has been around for 25 years and provides a free three-day wilderness experience to families that have children with severe illnesses or disabilities.
