So... ..As I write it’s 12 hours until Monday and who loves Monday? Most people find Monday’s a little rough after a great weekend and in fact there is now scientific research that shows when Monday is at its worst!

Monday mornings at 11:17 A.M. is when most of us are at low tide according to an article in the Daily Mail. But for every ying there is a yang and so data from broadband provider Plusnet also found people felt best on Mondays at 2:35 P.M.

And even a bad Monday can easily be turned around --42 percent say finding a great bargain can make them feel better. Other sure-fire ways to cheer up: getting a spontaneous hug (40%), doing a good deed for someone else (47%), and making sure others have a good day (27%).
