ASPEN, Colo. (AP) — Some good luck for a man down on his luck. A homeless man in Aspen, Colorado, is now at least $300,000 richer thanks to a winning lottery ticket. Homeless advocates in Aspen say Michael Engfors paid 10 bucks for the scratch-off ticket Friday. He slept at a shelter over the weekend before cashing it in on Monday. The Aspen Times reports the 61-year-old winner is a builder who became homeless during the recession. He's tried to keep his good luck a secret and has declined repeated requests to talk about it.
