Two weeks ‘til Easter and it’s time to get your egg on. We get into Easter fun and routinely hide a couple dozen at our place but the good folks at Heritage University have been egged on for a second year to stage what they call an “Easter Egg-stravaganza” featuring 15-thousand eggs!

Family fun day at Heritage is coming up March 26 from noon to 3:00 with the first 250 people receiving a free Easter egg basket for the kids so bring one along just in case. In addition to the big egg hunt for kids ages one to 12, fun day activities include free hotdogs, chips and Coca-Cola products as well as jumpers, duck pond, sack races, inflatable bowling a bean bag toss and more.

The event features live music and a raffle and is presented by the Omega Delta Phi fraternity and co-sponsored by Heritage University.
People who plan to are encouraged to bring clothing, household items and non-perishable food to be donated to St. Vincent Centers.
