The Washington Legislature is now in session, hold on to your wallets, and your guns and your...well, you name it and there is a pretty good chance the democratically controlled House & Senate will probably want a piece of it.

If you were listening to The Morning News on  Friday morning you heard Yakima Attorney Scott Brumback call the show on his way to Olympia to talk to the electeds and he reminded us all that they are not intended to be our leaders but servants, public servants.   He suggested the one thing we all can do is develop relationships, work them and stay aware and involved.  Solid advice Scott, Thanks.
A follow up caller encouraged us to post the contact info for the 13th, 14th & 15th District Senators and Representatives and so here they are.  Get to know them, let them know what you think and what you would like them to be working on on your behalf.
This web address will keep you up to date on the status of the many hundreds and hundreds of bills that make their way through the legislative process.
