George W. Bush jokes there was a time in his life that he "wasn't likely to be found in a library, much less found one." he and the other four living presidents spoke today at the dedication of his library and museum at the Southern Methodist University campus in Dallas. Fourth District Congressman Doc Hastings served during both of Bushes two terms and he says Bush will be remembered for the way he handled the aftermath of 9-11.   Hastings said "I think his leadership at that time was remarkable and if one thinks about it, up until last week , that we on our soil have not been attacked, a lot of that was because of the policies that President Bush and his administration put into place."  Joining President Bush at the dedication ceremony was his father George H.W Bush, Presidents Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and current President Barack Obama. Obama described his Republican predecessor as a "good man" and as a leader who demonstrated strength, resolve and compassion.  Hastings also believes that historians will look back at the Bush years favorably.
