Harper Plea Deal Details Announced
Our news partner KIMA Action News is reporting this afternoon that triple murder suspect Kevin Harper's plea agreement has been announced.
Kevin Harper pleads guilty to a count of unlawful possession of a firearm and 2nd degree possession of stolen property. Maximum sentence of 15 years. Prosecutors recommended 87 months jail time.
