Halloween Safety Trunk or Treat Set for Oct. 29

The Yakima Police Department, along with other upper valley safety agencies will hold the event on Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Owens Cycle, 1707 North 1st Street in Yakima.

Children who attend will be able to learn about Halloween safety, and go from trunk to trunk collecting safe Halloween treats. Participating agencies include Yakima police, fire departments, ambulance companies and other law enforcement agencies.
