Google is Spreading it’s Wings

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Google is expanding its Internet empire. It is creating a new company — one that will oversee its Internet business as well as its other ventures. The new company will be called "Alphabet" — and will be the umbrella under which Google will keep its efforts that include things like cars that drive themselves and ways to prolong human life. The ventures focus more on ambition than immediate profits, so the creation of the new company should please investors.
