NEW YORK (AP) — "I don't know, but I can alphabet it to find out." No, you won't have to ditch Google as a verb — at least not yet anyway. But you should know that if you want to buy or sell stock in the company, it has officially changed its name. Starting today, the tech company will begin trading as Alphabet on Nasdaq. The company announced in August it would create a new company that oversees its Internet business and growing number of other ventures. Traders won't have to learn a new symbol for the company; the ticker names will remain "GOOG" and "GOOGL."
