Go Behind the Scenes With the Sea Gals [VIDEO]

As the Seahawks get ready for their season opener Sunday on the road at Carolina, their dance team, the Sea Gals, is preparing for the home opener on Sept. 15.

Ultra-competitive try-outs, grueling practices, and Sundays filled with expectations of perfect performances. Sounds like what the Seattle Seahawks have to endure every week, doesn't it? But, in this case, we're talking about the Seahawks' dance team, the Sea Gals.

Much like the football team, these ladies have to try out for a spot on the squad every year. They also have to practice for three hours several times a week to perfect their routines, with most of them holding down full time jobs.
