Monday is Veteran's Day and Dutch Brothers coffee stands across the region will be working hard to raise money for the men and women who fight for our freedom.

KNDO is reporting that all day Monday Dutch Brothers will be donating $1.00 for every drink they sell to the Wounded Warrior Project.

It is the first year of the fundraiser and employees said they are putting it on to show their appreciation for the men and women in uniform.

Shawn Hill owns the Dutch Brothers coffee stand in West Valley. He told KNDO, "It's something we're passionate about. We as a company are based off of helping our community and serving others and they, especially the wounded warriors, they've given so much for our country, we wanted to give back to them."

The Dutch Brothers in Wenatchee, Sunnyside, Pasco, Kennewick, Moses Lake, Walla Walla and Yakima will all be participating.

If you cannot make it on Monday but still want to give back, you can also go to the Wounded Warrior Project's website and make a donation.
