Time once again for the annual nudging.  Have you got your flu shot, have you got your flu shot, well have ya?

It's a fair question and the fair might just be the place to go get your shot!  They give shots everyday in the sundome at the Central Washington State Fair.

Here's why you should get one, regardless of where you go to get it - at least 80,000 people died of the flu or flu complications in the U.S. last year, according to an estimate by the Centers for Disease Control. That is the highest number seen since the winter of 1976-1977.

The CDC recommends getting a flu vaccine every fall because it will prevent the flu or, at worst case, lessen the symptoms of the illness.
