Flash Food Warning In Effect This Afternoon

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for central Yakima County, in effect until 3:30 this afternoon.

National Weather Service radar has indicated flash flooding in the affected area, which is southwest of the Toppenish area.

People are urged to stay away from flooded areas, and not to drive vehicle thru any flash flood waters.
