Fisher Park Golf Course Closing For The Season

Time to put away the golf clubs. The golfing season is coming to a close at the City of Yakima’s Fisher Park Golf Course.

“The last day the course will be open for play will be Tuesday, October 30th,” says Recreation Supervisor Tami Andringa.

The course is located at 823 South 40th Avenue, across from Eisenhower High School.

The typical hours of operation are 8:00 am to dusk, but that is subject to change, said Andringa. “As the mornings get colder, the frost may stay on the greens longer which means opening times may vary depending on the weather,” she said.
