Workplace stress can be a killer! But you can fight back by being fit. A new Swedish study reveals a modest level of fitness may help you avoid workplace burnout. The study showed men who did better on a cycling fitness test were less likely to report feeling fried on the job than those with lower fitness scores.
Exercise can refresh you mentally and even expand your social circle, both of which may shield you from burnout and here’s the good news–you do not have to be a gym rat, either.
