ELLENSBURG, Wash. (AP) — An 18-year-old man was killed and four other young adults were injured in a crash Sunday on I-90 in Kittitas County, 17 miles east of Ellensburg.

The Washington State Patrol says the driver was going too fast for the icy conditions and lost control.

The car left the freeway and overturned, killing Austin M. Scott of Lake Forest Park.

Three other passengers and the driver, all 18 or 20 years old, were taken to hospitals.
