Fair Jobs Available At Job Fair Today

Today is your chance to get a job at this year's Central Washington State Fair. Fair officials are hoping to fill about 500 fair jobs during a job fair in the Modern Living Building at State Fair Park from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Greg Stewart, President and General Manager of the State Fair Park says some jobs start at minimum wage but it can vary depending on the job and experience. Employees will also have the opportunity to work longer hours
Stewart adds that all employees play a big part in the Fair's success.  A lot of jobs are open in everything from security to concessions, maintenance and admissions.
"It's like putting on a big play on Broadway; it takes a large cast of characters to make this work, everybody is important, we want to look good and we want people to have a good time out here," said Stewart.

Stewart says dress professionally and bring your identification and social security card. The Central Washington State Fair runs for 10 days and begins on the 23rd of September.
