The delivery truck pulls up outside your house. The nice man drops off three packages and runs off on his very busy way. But you only ordered two items. Now what?

If a Cyber Monday order arrives this week with some extra items—legally you're allowed to keep them.

The Federal Trade Commission writes on their website, "Federal laws prohibit mailing unordered merchandise to consumers and then demanding payment...If you receive merchandise that you didn't order, you have a legal right to keep it as a free gift. Although you have no legal obligation to notify the seller, you may write the seller and offer to return the merchandise, provided the seller pays for shipping and handling."

Who knew? So, If you found yourself in this situation, would you let the seller know, or not?  (Lifehacker)
