Industry experts believe it could be seed born late blight, and if that holds to be true it could surface in other states because of the fact that many growers get their seeds from the same source.

In its review, it found that imports from the United States did not cause injury to the domestic industry, and therefore it has terminated the anti-dumping investigation on imports of U.S. apples without the imposition of anti-dumping duties,
