Depending on blood test results, Washington State Patrol officials say the Wapato driver involved in a fatal crash near Toppenish could face criminal charges.
A search warrant was issued Sunday to obtain a blood test from the 19-year-old driver Leticia Gasca of Wapato.

The crash happened at the intersection of State Route 22 and Meyers Road in Toppenish. She is not currently in custody but intoxicants were suspected as a factor in the crash.
On Sunday, 36-year-old Angela Walker and 35-year-old Kyle Walker, both of Toppenish, were killed when the 19-year-old drove through a stop sign, slamming into the pair's car. Both Walkers were pronounced dead at the scene.
Two passengers in the younger woman's car were taken to Yakima Regional Medical and Cardiac Center, where they were treated for minor injuries.
