The Hot Shots Three on Three basketball tournament will close downtown streets this weekend. 2,500 players and 13,000 spectators will fill the downtown area. Many of the businesses in downtown open their doors hoping people will discover shops and restaurants. Jar Arcand owner of Santiago's Restaurant is hoping people enjoy a lunch or a dinner downtown. "It's tough to put up a sign that says restrooms are for customers only. But it appears a lot of the people go to the businesses to use the restroom rather than what the businesses have to offer."  Arcand and other business owners are hoping people at least enjoy a meal or a drink before using a restroom. Thousands of people are expected downtown both Saturday and Sunday. Many streets downtown including Yakima Avenue, between 1st Street and Naches Avenue will be closed tonight through Sunday night for the tournament.
