Don’t Buy Fireworks Online

Do not buy fireworks online, unless your a licensed fireworks dealer. That message from the Washington State Fire Marshals Office.  State Deputy Fire Marshal Lysandra Davis says some websites, such as Craigslist are pushing internet fireworks sales.

"The websites are only for those that have a retail fireworks license, people that do not possess the state license for retailer and wholesaler cannot purchase those fireworks."

Fireworks must be purchased from a licensed retail fireworks stand in jurisdictions where
fireworks are legal.
