DNA has helped to crack a rape case in Yakima County that went cold. Yesterday 28-year-old David Endres, also know as David Workman, was sentenced to 13 years in prison for his third sex offense. Endres was a high-risk level three sex offender when he committed the 2005 rape of a Montana woman in Yakima.
