Dave’s Diary: The Rich Come In All Flavors Including Smart And Dumb

Scott Fitzgerald.  How different?  Well, Ivana Trump so abhors footprints on the carpet that she has the rooms in her home freshly vacuumed before she enters them.  Christina Onassis used to have Diet Coke flown to her by private jet.  You get the idea.  We wouldn’t think of any of that would we…even if we COULD afford it?  But one way they aren’t any different is in overall intelligence…common sense maybe,

but not intelligence!  Brain power has nothing to do with wealth, according to a US study which found that people with below average smarts were just as wealthy as those with higher IQ scores. (So would you trade a few IQ points for a bigger bank account?)

There is this however….if you have an average score, say around 100, you will likely make about 6,000 and 18,500 bucks less than someone with a 130 or more IQ.
