County Prosecutor Will Rule if Killing Was Justified

Yakima County Prosecutor Jim Hagerty says he'll rule as soon as possible in the case of a Yakima Police officer who killed an attacker during a stabbing incident on South 4th Avenue early Sunday morning. Hagerty says he's now waiting on reports and evidence from the Yakima Police Department. And while he knows of the case he has't made any decisions. Officer Joel Hansen remains on administrative leave. Hansen fatally shot a man who was stabbing Julio Cesar Zamora-Cortes who remains in stable condition at a local hospital. He suffered 159 stab wound in the incident.
