Confused About The Passage of I-502? Here Are Some Answers [AUDIO]

The passage of Initiative 502 last week has many Washingtonians scratching their heads. Washington voters decided to decriminalize the posession  of small amounts of marijuana. That leaves more unanswered questions than can be counted about what the future holds.

Brian Smith from the Washington State Liquor Control Board attempted to answer some of those questions on Tuesday's Mike Bastinelli Show.
