Dania  Suarez, 24-year-old single mom, says an agent offered her $28 for an $800 service. Her complaint is the match that touched off the explosive secret service “hooker scandal."  Nine military servicemen and 11 Secret Service agents,  including the three already sacked, are under investigation for hiring 20 or 21 prostitutes in Cartagena last week when they were supposed to be preparing for President Barack Obama’s April 13 arrival at a regional summit.
