A county clerk in Kentucky was sent to jail (just released) for acting on her beliefs and now this.

A Muslim flight attendant with the airline ExpressJet charges that she was suspended for refusing to serve alcohol because of her religious beliefs, and has filed a discrimination complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

In the case, Charee Stanley says the airline's management was aware of her religious beliefs and approved an arrangement that had another flight attendant take care of passenger requests for alcohol. However, Stanley contends she was put on a 12-month unpaid leave after another flight attendant complained that she wasn't fulfilling her duties.

ExpressJet told CNN they couldn't comment on personnel matters.  But you can, so what do you think?   Should a business - private or public - have the right not to hire you based on the compromise to the job and impact on other workers if they have to accommodate your particular religious practices?
