Chunk Of Ice Falls On Moxee Home

Moxee police say a chunk of ice measuring one foot by one foot fell from the sky and into a home Tuesday evening.

Police say this happened at around 5 p.m. on the 600 block of Cascade Ave.

Right now, police think the chunk of ice fell from an airplane flying overhead.

It caused extensive damage to the roof and inner ceiling of the home. It was found in a closet and although people were home at the time, no one was injured.
