Charges Maybe Filed in Accidential Shooting of Toddler

Investigators are deciding whether to file charges in the case of the Sunnyside toddler who police say accidentally shot himself in the face. Police are working with prosecutors to see if there's any negligence. It happened late last month when a 3-year-old boy fired his dad's gun in the family's truck. A decision could come later this week.

The boy remains in serious condition in Seattle.
